520/510/420 : Compact Flow tester

Instruments based on the 520/510/420 formats allow you to position the measuring unit extremely close to your test part, thus reducing the tested volume.

The 510 comes with a leak tight enclosure to protect it from rough industrial environments.

C540+F20 : Modular set for large production

Based on 20 years experience in modular leak and flow testing with our FMT product range, ATEQ has extended its supremacy in scalable flow testing with the C540 line.

A central unit containing (C540) all the test parameters lets you program each individual testing head, remotely positioned next to the test jig.
This suits perfectly high production PLC controlled machinery as you can add up to 10 different test heads to keep up with your production rate.

535 : For manual test stations

A large number of our flow testers are used in manual test stations.
The 535 line has been designed specially to adapt to all manual station requirements.
A key protected interface lets engineers set up the device while a front panel with industrial strength buttons and reject/pass light remain accessible to the operator to run the test.
Finally, once again, the measuring head which is located in the base of the instrument lets you position the measuring device close to the test rig, thus reducing the total volume tested.

570 / 580 : Traditional 3U replacement units

If you wish to upgrade your aging 3U flow tester with a 5 series model, the 570 and 580 fits exactly that need.
No need to redesign your existing machine to fit the new instrument.
Simply remove the old one and install the 570 or 580 in its place.
The 3U standard is also appreciated in laboratory environments where the 580 and its large LCD display allow you easy access to all test programs and functions.
